Preparation and properties of crystals and films of AgInSe2 and CuInSe2 ternary compounds and CuxAg1-xInSe2 solid solutions

摘要
The crystal structure and transmission and reflection spectra near the fundamental absorption edge are investigated for the crystals and films of AgInSe2 and CuInSe2 ternary compounds and CuxAg1-xInSe2 solid solutions. The unit cell parameters, the positional parameter (which determines the position of the C atom relative to the A and Batoms in A(I)B(III)C(2)(VI) compounds), and bond lengths A-C and B-C are calculated. The band-gap is determined for the crystals; the energies of band-to-band transitions and the values of crystal and spin-orbit splitting are determined for the films. The results obtained for the films agree with the data for bulk crystals.
