Globalization is a notable phenomenon which is now permanently discussed in all disciplines. In the paper we consider selected issues of globalization which are part of business. We put emphasis on a definition of globalization and its current problems, positive and negative aspects and consequences of globalization. We try to find look for answers to questions related to implementation of ethics in business what tools and methods to use that would efficiently reflect the challenges of globalization, eliminate the negative impacts and take advantage of the opportunities connected. One of the key components to achieving long-term competitive advantage is integration of ethics into an organization.
