摘要
This paper introduces four types of 28GHz phase-locked oscillators architecture for future next generation fifth generation wireless system. The simple phase noise formulations of four different phase-locked oscillators were also modeled to accurately estimate each phase noise for performance comparison. The simulated phase noises based on the derived system model provides fast performance calculation and loop bandwidth optimization for future high-speed PLO designs.
