摘要
Body fat is one component of the body to provide significant information to human health. Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is a new method to measure body fat using the resistance flowing thru the body. In this paper, the researchers will use BIA using an algorithm commonly used for soil resistivity, which is Wenner Method, to obtain the body fat percentage with the use of related parameters such as total body water (TBW) and fat free mass (FFM) of a human body. Male and female have different approach when obtaining its body fat because females carry more fat than males. This method for soil resistivity has an excellent precision when used in BIA for body fat measuring and it is surely recommended because of the small error in its results.
