摘要：
The research takes a critical and current look at the impact of mentoring in the Faculty of Languages of the Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla. The methodology proposes a documentary review of the role of mentoring in a university educational context, highlighting its characteristics, objectives, advantages, disadvantages and challenges in the participation of students and professors of the same Faculty.
