摘要
A series of novel 1,2,3-Triazole glycosides have been prepared by the addition reaction of O-methyl allose aldehyde with Grignard reagent. Subsequent treatment with TMSN3 gives the corresponding azide, which on reaction with alkynes gives 1,2,3-triazole glycosides. Characterization of all the compounds has been carried out by IR, H-1 NMR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Anticancer activity of the compounds has also been evaluated.
