Optimization of steam turbine start-up based on nonlinear function

Taking a 300MW steam turbine unit as the research object, this optimization uses ANSYS finite element software to simulate the start-up scheme under the standard working condition, then uses ANSYS software to calculate the start-up schemes with different temperature rise rates, extracts the data of the real-time damage value and the time corresponding to the temperature rise rate, and then uses the nonlinear regression method to fit the data the real-time damage value and time ti are combined into a nonlinear equation, which is brought into our model, and then the optimal t(i) value, that is, the optimal startup scheme, is calculated by genetic algorithm. Finally, the stress value of the most effective start-up scheme is analyzed. Under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the unit, the total start-up time is shortened by 34.83min, the efficiency is improved, and the economic type of the unit start-up process is also improved.
