Research on performance evaluation of public management based on web technique

Performance evaluation of public management plays an important role in society transform. The purpose of this paper is to present an application of web technology to evaluation of public management in electronic government. Traditionally, it is difficult to find suitable method to complete the task. Thanks to information technology, the data mining based on web can be an appropriate technique to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of public management. Firstly, we discussed the data collection and data processing during the data mining. We described and demonstrated the data mining flow for evaluating performance of public service-oriented government in detail. Secondly, we proposed the fuzzy strategy for performance evaluation of public management. The evaluation strategy was described by detailing the appropriate steps of fuzzy mining data algorithm. Demonstrations were given to show how the data mining,process provides useful data. At last, the conclusions were given. The discussion indicated that the strategy is appropriate to evaluate the performance of public management in electronic government.
