摘要：
This paper brings forward a practically applied scheme of WBM (SEU-MGMT). The system structure of SEU-MGMT, the key technological points in application, the application of CORBA in this technology and the limitations of WBM are introduced. SEU-MGMT system has been tested under various situations and proved to have a good performance, which contributes to effective network management. This system has a wide application area and a promising prospect.
