This paper investigated the implementation of CSR in China's SOEs, developed a set of evaluation indicators for CSR performance of China's SOEs with the consideration of major CSR issues in China. Combined with the fuzzy theory and the method of analytic hierarchy process, the paper explored the application of FAHP to the evaluation of CSR performance of China's SOEs.
