摘要
Various analytical methods for the identification and surveillance of mycotoxins in food and feed, are discussed. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) have become one of the most useful tools for monitoring of mycotoxins and for the screening of raw materials. Its advantages include high matrix dependence, possible overestimation, ease of operation, sensitivity and high sample throughput. Immunosensors are emerging as an alternative for screening and quantitative analysis of mycotoxins. Optical methods such as Fourier-transform mid-infrared spectroscopy with attenuated total reflection (MIR-ATR) or near-infrared transmission spectroscopy are also the techniques for the detection of mycotoxins. The potential of LC-MS-MS for high throughput multi-toxin analysis will have a strong presence in future trends in mycotoxin analysis.
