摘要：

In order to raise the objectivity of education quality in high school evaluation, in this text we adopt DEA vertical bar AHP two stage models to evaluate the project. At the first stage, the model use DEA method to compute two projects' effective system and constructe the AHP judgment matrix; at the second stage, we compute the judging matrix and optimizate the project using the AHP. Finally we give an example.
