摘要：
Evaluation on undergraduates' achievement is an important aspect to improve teachers' teaching and students' learning ability. A new evaluation model based on DEA/AHP is proposed which takes advantage of objective evaluation about Data Envelopment Analysis and sorting to one by one about Analytical Hierarchy Process,avoids the two methods' drawbacks. The simulation results show that the method is more impersonality and considers students' foundation,the virtue and application of DEA/AHP Model in learning effect evaluation is exhibited.
