摘要：

The paper proposes an integrated method used for evaluating city economy operation efficiency through combining AHP with DEA. The method can not only reflect the subjective preferences of decision maker, but also evaluate objectively. Finally, the paper evaluates the economy operation efficiency of 11 cities in Hebei with the integrated method to validate the scientificalness and practicability of the method.
