摘要
Recently, the importance of building energy efficiency has risen because of the significant proportion of building operation energy in the total energy use of China society. Most of the researches, however, focus on the building end-use energy analysis and energy-saving design, and the energy efficiency operation management has relatively been neglected. Given that the life cycle of buildings is typical of long-using span and operation energy plays a dominant role in total building energy consumption, this study presents an endeavor of building energy efficiency management for operation phase. Related problems are stated, which follows by a specific "close-loop" management procedure design. A series of suggestions is put forward so as to reduce building energy consumption and to an extent facilitate the fulfillment of sustainable development of entire society.
