摘要
Home or Building Management Systems (HMS/BMS) are designed to integrate energy resources in the building. Well constructed building insulation, for example Styrofoam along with the integrated system of all resources in the building can lead to save energy up to 40%. This paper presents the analysis of benefits of Building Management Systems which was activated in a office building in Warsaw. (The effects of BMS on building energy efficiency).
