摘要
The sustainability in supply chain management should consider social, environmental, and economic pillars as a central issue in the interorganizational strategies. Given the pressure from stakeholders, the focal company must influence its entire supply chain in terms of sustainability. The purpose of this article is to analyze the interorganizational strategies established by the focal company, aimed at the sustainability of its supply chain. On this concerne, a Model for Analysis of Sustainable Supply Chain Management Strategies was developed, based on the models of Carter and Rogers (2008), Pagell and Wu (2009), and Seuring and Muller (2008). The research was of a qualitative and exploratory nature, carried out through a case study. The results showed that the focal company has some sustainability actions, but these strategic actions does not cover its entire supply chain. The proposed model resulted in a useful tool for identifying and evaluating sustainable supply chain management strategies.
