The essence of learning organization is to improve the growth of individual and organization; whereas, the empirical studies about the relationship between learning organization and outcomes of individual and organization are not enough to meet the needs for theoretical and practical research. The purpose of this study is to exam the developmental stage of learning culture and its impact on individual and organizational outcomes in the Chinese context. Employees' job satisfaction, individual innovative behavior and organizational performance have been chosen for representation of individual and organizational outcomes. This study conducted questionnaires survey in 46 Chinese organizations and acquired a sample of 391 subjects. The level and form of individual learning, team learning and organization learning are different at every stage of learning culture; (2) employees' job satisfaction, individual innovative behavior and organizational performance have all been improved significantly with the development of learning culture. The study proves the contribution of learning organization on individual and organization, and the research limitations and future study are provided finally.
