摘要
The leading role in construction industry is no longer the capital, equipment, raw materials and other natural resources and tangible assets, nor the original capital accumulation, but the intellectual capital based on people's intelligence, knowledge and information. With the acceleration of urbanization, China's construction industry exist a large knowledge gap, and due to the difficulty and high cost of knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer has the priority to solve knowledge gap of all construction industry. This paper explores the construction industry knowledge transfer methods, and has the performance analysis to knowledge transfer efficiency. The influencing factors index system and performance evaluation model of the knowledge transfer performance are constructed. More emphasis on inter-organization knowledge sharing of the construction enterprises, depending on independent innovation to obtain core knowledge and emphasizing on human recourses should be paid attention to.
