Research on the Credit Evaluation Model of Private Construction Enterprises Based on the PCA

There are many problems in the rapid development of private construction companies. Therefore, establishing the credit evaluation model of the private construction enterprises and assessing their credit justly will help to promote the construction of credit system and the development of the private enterprises healthily and rapidly. The paper selects the related indicators of the credit assessment of private construction enterprises firstly, then compiles credit evaluating indicator questionnaire, and gains the credit evaluating indicator samples; Secondly, the paper analyses the samples by spss16.0 based on PCA (Principal Component Analysis) and establishes the credit evaluation function model; Lastly, according to the study of the case, it shows that this model can assess the credit of the private construction enterprises justly.
