Construction of credit evaluation indexes system for small and medium private enterprises of technology

In order to solve the problem of evaluating the credit rating of the small and medium private enterprise of technology, this paper analyzes the defects and shortages of using the credit, rating systems provided by professional credit services agencies of China and other countries at present to evaluate the credit rating of the small and medium private enterprises of technology. Furthermore an effective credit evaluation indexes system for the. small and medium private enterprises of technology is built up in this paper. The credit evaluation indexes,system for the small and medium private enterprises of technology contains six first-level indexes which has some second-level indexes or third-level indexes. This credit evaluation indexes system will take full account of the characteristic of the small and medium private enterprises of technology, introduce both the factors of technological innovation and technological risk into,evaluation system, and highlight evaluating trends of present credit status and future developing potential of the enterprises. The research results can provide information for society to know and hold the credit rating, condition of the small and medium private enterprises of technology, provide support and guarantee for relative advantage main body to make decisions for investment, and provide evidences or references for the small and medium private enterprises of technology to solve the problem of capital lack.
