摘要
A novel high gain hybrid Z- source dc-dc converter with low voltage stress is proposed in this paper. With two quasi-Z source structures, the proposed topology can obtain high step-up voltage conversation at the appreciate duty ratio. Besides, compared with the convectional boost converter, the voltage stresses of power element and diode can be reduced. Moreover, there is no limit to the duty ratio. Furthermore, the operating principles, steady-state characteristics analysis and a comparison are analyzed. The performances of the proposed converter are compared with other high-step-up converters behaviors. Finally, the experiment results of the proposed converter are validated at the boost capacity.
