摘要：
Value creation has been considered as a central strategic task management while strategic planning has been noted as a critical step of enterprise development. Value based strategies planned to be included market strategy, supply chain strategy, organization strategy, product and service strategy, and customer strategy. Also discussed are value management functions and process.
