Technology fuels firm's entry into filter market

FILTER specifiers can now add a new name to their list-Merrimac Industries (West Caldwell, NJ). The company is not only another supplier of stripline and microstrip highpass, lowpass, bandpass, and band-reject filters. The company's Low-loss, high-quality-factor (Q) custom filters are constructed with a unique three-dimensional circuit fabrication and packaging process known as Multi-Mix(TM). The company's custom Multi-Mix design and fabrication capabilities include filters from approximately 500 MHz to 40 GHz, with filter bandwidths as narrow as 0.2 percent.
