摘要
Urban problems caused by rainfall have reached some municipalities that are part of the Metropolitan Region of Maceio - RMM, affecting even more the quality of life of the population. The main objective of this study was to assess socioenvironmental vulnerability to problems related to landslides and floods. For this, the use of geotechnologies was essential for the spatial integration of the different thematic variables. In general, populations living in vulnerable areas to landslide and flood problems are relatively socially fragile. Therefore, the combination of the physiographic factors allowed to identify that around 44.12% of the study area have medium, high and very high physical-environmental vulnerability to landslide. In the case of vulnerable areas to flooding, around 74.17% of the total area has very low and low vulnerability.
