High-frequency signal ballistic transfer in a superconductor

摘要
The temperature dependence of ballistic transfer velocity of a high-frequency signal (a quasi-wave) in a superconductor caused by the energy dependence of electron excitation velocity is investigated theoretically. The results are in agreement with measured data on electron sound velocity in the superconducting state of Ga and Mo.
