摘要
Enterprise standard is provisions of technical requirements, management requirements and work requirements, the goal is to get in a certain range of enterprises the best order, promote enterprises were ordered. In recent years, along with China's new urbanization development, the complexity of construction, size and quantity is quite different than in the past. In this context, project supervision and management of the enterprise is difficult to meet the development needs, project management institutionalized, standardized, quantified and information must be achieved through the establishment of enterprise standard, to improve the company's business project management, enhance the company's core competitiveness. Based on the summary of the history of project management standards, through Beijing's first project management consulting firm standard practice summary, to explore a construction project management enterprise standard path value-added enterprises.
