摘要：
Technological innovation and organizational innovation are important subsystem in enterprise' innovative system. In this paper, the system theory, the information theory, the ecology theory are used to analyze the relation of technological innovation and organizational innovation under the network environment. Meanwhile, the co-evolution model of the technological innovation and organizational innovation is set up. The last, it points the future direction.
