A Brief Analysis of the Strategy for Transformation and Development of Newly Upgraded Undergraduate Universities and Colleges

New changes have taken place in the scale, quality, structure and other areas of the social demand for talents in the new period. This paper studies the strategy of application and technology oriented talents fostering a that this task should be carried out in the following aspects: (1) in the introduction of CDIO engineering education mode in terms of training plan formulation, (2) the establishment of employment oriented teaching quality guarantee system characteristic of PDCA cycle under university-enterprise cooperation mode, (3) the combination of scientific research and application, (4) teaching staff construction strengthening, etc. It is required to deepen school-enterprise cooperation, improve training plan and renew the concept of management, so as to complete the construction of transformation of newly upgraded undergraduate universities and colleges under the guidance of policies.
