摘要：

The management of foreign teachers plays an essential role in the development and the education quality of the undergraduate colleges newly upgraded. This article discusses the teaching problems of foreign teachers and presents some management strategies which contain developing the recruitment and appointment system of foreign teachers, the pre-service training system, the teaching management system, the teaching evaluation system, and the incentive system, and strengthening the management of their daily lives.
