摘要
Based on stakeholder theory, the thesis put forward systemic analysis on tour guide service problems. Via the research, the paper claims that the roots arise the problems are as followings: imbalance of stakeholders' benefit and information asymmetry between tourists and tour market. Taking the above as fundaments, the thesis claimed countermeasures to improve the present situation and hope to solve the problems.
