摘要：
Leisure sports have become an important part of people's life nowadays, which are a kind of scientific civilized and healthy lifestyle and the basis of people's sports. This study explores the development tendency of leisure sports by analyzing the value of leisure sports and investigating the current situations and problems of leisure sports in China and proposes some solutions to address the issues, which gives the theoretical reference for the development of Chinese leisure sport and the construction of harmonious society.
