摘要：
By using the methods of expert interview and literature, analysis of the characteristics in the development of leisure sports college girl in Shandong Province, explore the impact of factors. The characteristics and functions of the campus sports culture analysis of leisure sports for girls, the relationship between the harmonious campus sports culture construction, put forward to achieve a virtuous cycle between the development of leisure sports in Colleges of Shandong Province and harmonious campus sports culture construction.
