摘要
A high-precision automatic assembly system based on laser positioning is proposed for workpiece installation. Position correction and precise positioning of the AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and the workpieces carried by the PSD (Position Sensitive Device) photoelectric position sensor. The linear motor above the AGV trolley is used to push the workpiece to be mounted, and the coordinates of the workpiece in the spatial three-dimensional coordinate system are extracted through the PSD combined with the laser distance measuring sensors to obtain information on the position and angular deviation of the workpiece. Its installation trajectory is tracked according to the control algorithm, and the workpiece is double calibrated according to the sensors, so as to realize the high-precision automatic alignment assembly of the transported workpiece. The experimental results show that the solution can realize the automatic assembly of workpieces using AGV and effectively improve the accuracy of workpiece installation.
