Study of Consumer Protection Regulation

The paper study of consumer protection from a macro perspective, take financial consumers as four large types - public sector, financial sector, corporate sector and house sector, and the financial sector that is the providers of financial products and services is make up of three major industries - banking, securities and insurance. Thus, this paper designs the consumer protection system combining the reform trend of the USA, the UK, and the EU. At last, combing the facts of China, we put forwards the policy recommendations to strengthen consumer protection regulation in Chinese financial markets transactions.
