摘要：
Regulation is a kernel variable as an emendator of insurance market failure in the insurance market. The finally objective of insurance regulation is to protect the consumer's right and interest, which is determined by the direction of regulation incentive. In this paper, the author analyzed the economic effects of insurance regulation incentive mechanism with a theoretic model, and discussed how to choose suitable regulation intensity and trade-off between the regulation modes.
