A Research on the Cultivation of College Teachers' Sustainable Development Ability

Modern higher education emphasizes human development. It is important to keep in mind that people play important parts to facilitate sustainable development of higher education. Along with social development, goals, contents and forms of education are constantly updating and developing. In this context, college teachers must always seek continuous improvement of professional quality. Thus, the cultivation of the sustainable development ability of college teachers is of great significance to facilitate the development of modern higher education. In this paper, the author analyzes the subjective conditions of teacher's sustainable development ability and the characteristics of the sustainable development ability cultivation. Finally, the author proposes several suggestions to solve problems resulting from the diversification of training and evaluation mechanism.
