摘要：
A new method for the preparation of aluminum hydride is proposed by reacting SiCl(4) or SiHCl(3) with lithium aluminum hydride in ether/toluene. The method yields hexagonal crystalline AlH(3) with a low chlorine content, increased thermal stability, and high reproducibility.
