摘要
The article considers and grounds the connection between cultural orientation of an organization and the corporate principles of sustainability. We carry out the assessment of the (1,) grounds for the organizational culture oriented on corporate sustainability; (2) opportunities for an organization to demonstrate its unified sustainahility-oriented organizational culture, and (3) opportunities for organizations to become more sustainable through the change of corporate culture.
