摘要
Phytochemical investigation of the methanolic extract of the aerial parts of Lippia nodiflora Linn. led to the isolation of a new triterpenoid lippiacin (1) and a benzofuranone rengyolone (halleridone, 2) through repeated silica gel column chromatography and semi preparative HPLC. The structures of these compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods, including 1COSY-4D and 2D NMR, as well as by comparison with published data. A complete assignment of the H-1- and C-13-NMR data of 2 is reported based on 2D NMR (COSY-45, HMQC and HMBC) spectroscopic methods.
