摘要
In recent years, the public crises have frequently broken out in China, which have caused serious impacts on the whole society as well as caused more challenges to public crisis management. The public crisis has many features which are shown as follows: miscellaneous types, high frequency of occurrence, wide sphere of influence and increasingly complex and diversified. The model of crisis management in China is primarily based on the government as the only subject for management. However, there are obvious defects in this model. It is unable to meet the increasingly complex response needs of public crisis which requires joint participation of multiple subjects. This paper explores the collaboration of multiple subjects in public crisis management from several aspects. It is necessary to get a clear understanding of the connotation and basic contents of multiple subjects' collaboration in public crisis management. Then, a detailed analysis will be conducted on the current multiple subjects' collaboration mechanism in public crisis and corresponding countermeasures will be put forward for multiple subjects' collaboration in public crisis management.
