摘要：

This thesis discussed the basic questions of public crisis management and psychological crisis intervention mechanism. Through the analysis on the necessity of leading in psychological crisis intervention mechanism in China's public crisis management, this article has pointed out significance of China's setting up psychological crisis intervention mechanism in public crisis management and analyzed the cause and problems of its existence, thus put forward counter-measures.
