摘要：
In general, radar emits electromagnetic waves actively. The effective distance is far. Infrared receive the heat of goal passively. The effective distance is short. If we want to get high-performance, we should make use of the advantage of the radar. The multi sensor information fusion technique can obtain higher accuracy and more explicit conclusions than the use of a single sensor. So in this thesis, we proposed a new information fusion algorithm of infrared radar.
