摘要
AEC 2015 has been creating more challenges in logistics industries in Indonesia. The implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) in logistic services is needed for increasing competitiveness leading to the establishment of so-called "smart logistic transport". We propose the business model of the Indonesian Smart Logistic Transport, by focusing on cold supply chain system. There are two alternatives in the provision of services: First, network provider serves as an end-to-end system integrator; Second, application provider serves as an end-to-end system integrator. The development of the model is completed by conducting interviews with the application customers, technological vendors, regulator and network provider. Our model has signified basic & advanced features.
