摘要
According to the statistic data on the accidents in the coal mining history of forty. seven years in Feicheng Mining Group Co., Ltd., analysis shows that although a series of safe measures have been adopted, there still are some blind spots in space and time in the mine security management. That is because of the. lack of effective, precaution I on safety in the production field. This thesis is to discuss the theory, constitution and application of Double Ten Prewarning System. Referring to the system theory, optimality theory and the theory of human biological engineering, after the analysis of the connections and influences between different types of people, machine and thing in the process of coal production, this system scientifically summarizes the different impacts of the combination of the three elements in inducing the safety accident. This theory also brings forward the brand new view. of ten weak time periods and ten sorts of weak people which seriously affected the safety of production in the mines. The system combines the double ten theory and the application of computer technologies. Through the construction of an initial information processing system connects the Internet and enterprise LAN to establish the network management system on inspection, verification and decision making functions of the Double Ten Prewarning System. After four years of industrial application experiments and promotion in the entire Group, the system has been improved tremendously and its functions enhanced continously. Being convenient, fast and practical, it plays a great role in improving the level of safety management in coal enterprises and promoting the predictability in safety management with its strong guiding, aiming and practicing purpose.
