摘要
The article introduces the concept of mine safety standardization, puts forward the ideas and theories that safety standardization management system in mine should follow, analyzes the safety standardization factors and their PDCA mechanism in mine and determines the establishment steps of mine safety standardization management system from the following aspects: leadership planning, staff training, resource allocation, objectives, targets and the construction of laws and regulations, hazard identification and risk assessment, system operation, security screening, assessment and system perfection, etc.
