摘要
The ageing of power transformer is subjected to the winding insulation and the oil inside the transformer. One of the problem that lead to the breakdown of insulation is caused by the change of thermal heating whether from inside or outside the transformer. The other case that is caused the breakdown of the insulation of power transformer is the transformer loading dispatch. The transformer cooling system has included the electrical fan to serve as a coolant utility for the radiator. It has been the effective method to keep the thermal condition of power transformer has a good condition toward the operation time. The existing cooling system use thermocouple as a sensor for the thermal indicator. This system is often being fragile and can cause the accelerating of transformer ageing. The system has been enhanced by creating the cooling system using load indicator as a redundant system for power transformer cooling system. This improvisation has been implemented to keep the good condition of thermal condition in power transformer.
