摘要
Two derivatives of a dipeptide-functionalized metal-organic framework were synthesized through isocyanide-based multi-component reactions from amine-containing MIL-101(Fe). The functionalized materials were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction Brunauer-Emmett-Teller measurements, thermogravimetric analysis, elemental analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The performances of these functionalized MIL-101(Fe) materials with different functions were evaluated for ibuprofen delivery during six days, showing a good ability for adsorption of significant content of the drug and very slow release.
