摘要
The 250 km/h Fuxing EMU, the China standard EMU, has requirements for both improved reliability and reduced power consumption. The monitoring system utilized extensively on bogie nowadays is the running gear temperature monitoring system. In May 2021, CHINA RAILWAY released the TJ/CL 584 railway industry standard. A new kind of running gear temperature monitoring system that has the advantages of low power consumption, high reliability, and an improved data selection method is built in accordance with this standard. This new system contains temperature sensors and STM32 MCUs for monitoring hosts. The monitoring host has two sets of Ethernet, central processor, temperature measurement, and DC power supply modules. Since it began running over two years ago, the new system has covered 3,162,384 km as of July 15th, 2022.
