摘要：
This paper introduces a design theory and realization of Real-time temperature monitoring by 1-wire bus, displaying, voice alerting, data recording, data downloading with IC and expert analysis. It has 38 point on locomotive bearing with 1-wire digital sensors DS18B20 and 12 point on wheel tyre with IR-radiation non-contact sensors converted by I-wire Quad A/D converter DS2450. This instrument is very important to ensure train safety. The device can encode sensor's number and automatically find out codes of all sensors and locate it, which is convenient to exchange the host and I-wire sensors. Through the expert system's analysis of the download data, we can find the portent of accident and predict the life-span of the bearing.
